Ingenuity Property Investments Proprietary Limited commenced trading in October 2007 with the core strategic focus of acquiring and developing properties in the Western Cape.

NATURE OF BUSINESS
Ingenuity is a property investment fund that derives its income from rentals received from property investments. The portfolio comprises offices, retail, light industrial and parking, situated in the Western Cape, with a gross lettable area of 118 987 m². Ingenuity has two landmark properties; 117 On Strand, adjacent to the trendy De Waterkant precinct, comprising of upmarket retail, premium grade office space and residential apartments; and 20 Vineyard Road, situated in the heart of Claremont next to Cavendish Square, comprising upmarket retail space and premium grade offices. 

Ingenuity has two significant development projects currently under construction: City Park on Bree Street, which will include offices, retail outlets, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a 4-star hotel with premium branded residences; and 23 Lower Long Street, a 12-storey development that will deliver 416 affordable rental apartments alongside a vibrant mix of ground-floor retail spaces, addressing the growing demand for inclusive, well-located housing in the Mother City.
