Ingenuity Property Investments Proprietary Limited commenced trading in October 2007 with the core strategic focus of acquiring and developing properties in the Western Cape.

NATURE OF BUSINESS
Ingenuity derives its income from rentals received from property investments. The portfolio comprises offices, retail, light industrial and parking, situated predominately in the Western Cape, with a gross lettable area of 155 928 m². Ingenuity has two landmark properties which have recently been completed; 117 On Strand, adjacent to the trendy De Waterkant precinct, comprising of upmarket retail, premium grade office space and residential apartments; and 20 Vineyard Road, situated in the heart of Claremont next to Cavendish Square, comprising upmarket retail space and premium grade offices.
